Biography

Dr. Linh has held various leadership roles at Vingroup from 2014 to 2019, including Director of Human Resources at Vinmec Healthcare System and Director of Health Sciences Education. He played a pivotal part in establishing VinUniversity College of Health Sciences in late 2019. Currently, he serves on the Vinmec Scientific Executive Committee and as Vice Chair of the Vinmec-VinUni Ethical Review Committee.

Prior to Vingroup, Dr. Linh dedicated nearly 17 years at Hanoi University of Public Health, contributing extensively to strategic initiatives and serving in multiple capacities such as Chair of the Department of Demography and Vice Director of the Faculty of Health Management. His teaching portfolio included courses on demography, population dynamics, research methodologies, and biostatistics, alongside spearheading the launch of comprehensive public health degree programs in Vietnam.

Dr. Linh has provided expert consulting for international projects across Southeast Asia and Europe, advising on health policy and capacity building. His work extended to serving as a national advisor on adolescent health and advocating for road safety legislation in Vietnam.

Research Interests

His research spans adolescent health, injury prevention, population and reproductive health, health informatics, and cancer epidemiology, influencing both national policies and global health discourse.
