ROLE OVERVIEW

The Project Coordinator serves as the central point of contact between stakeholders, driving operational excellence while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives. This pivotal position requires seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful healthcare solutions.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Orchestrate daily operations to guarantee timely execution and superior quality outcomes
  • Curate clinical simulation content aligned with EQIS platform requirements
  • Manage logistical components including site visits and stakeholder engagement
  • Oversee data management processes from collection through presentation
  • Develop comprehensive reporting materials for internal and external distribution
  • Facilitate technical support infrastructure for real-time participant assistance
  • Collaborate with IT specialists to optimize platform functionality
  • Maintain meticulous documentation using enterprise collaboration tools
  • Oversee procurement operations and inventory control systems
  • Create strategic communication assets supporting program objectives
  • Coordinate cross-functional leadership activities across time zones
  • Execute administrative functions supporting overall project objectives

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

  • Graduate-level education in health-related disciplines (medical background preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical settings or training programs
  • Minimum two years working on healthcare initiatives
  • Proficient in research methodologies and data analysis tools
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities with strong attention to detail
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese
  • Advanced analytical thinking with solution-oriented mindset
  • Proven track record in independent and team-based environments
  • Unwavering commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and statistical software
  • Familiarity with cloud collaboration platforms
  • Willingness to conduct field visits as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
