The ideal candidate will maintain round-the-clock dormitory operations, serve as a responsive liaison, and champion student engagement initiatives while upholding institutional values.
Key responsibilities include overseeing facility maintenance, coordinating resident activities, managing shift schedules, and ensuring compliance with university policies. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, effective communication, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Dormitory Operations: (70% - Core Functions)
- Act as primary contact for student concerns encompassing security, safety, and maintenance matters.
- Manage room allocations, facilitate move-ins, and mediate conflicts within residential settings.
- Collaborate with law enforcement for official documentation processes.
- Develop annual communication plans and organize events promoting community spirit.
- Supervise Resident Assistants, liaise with Faculty-in-Residence teams, and coordinate facility upkeep.
Student Support Services: (30%)
- Process accommodation requests through Outlook and oversee task prioritization using Salesforce tools.
- Enforce behavioral codes, maintain confidential incident records, and guide students through resolution procedures.
- Participate in university-wide initiatives and support departmental functions as directed.

EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES
