We seek dedicated educators to advance our psychology programs through innovative teaching and impactful research. Key responsibilities include:

RESEARCH & TEACHING CONTRIBUTIONS

• Leading high-impact studies published in top journals and presented at international forums.
• Designing and delivering undergraduate courses such as Work Motivation Psychology, Personality Theory, Counseling Methods, Forensic Psychology, and Cross-Cultural Analysis.
• Implementing active learning strategies like Team-Based Learning (TBL) and Project-Based Learning (PBL) to enhance student engagement.
• Mentoring students in academic, research, and career pathways through personalized guidance.
• Driving curriculum innovation and institutional growth initiatives.

SELECTION PRIORITIES

• Doctorate in Psychology or related field from accredited institution.
• Proven research output with publication records and conference participation.
• Expertise in core psychology domains applicable to both teaching and scholarly pursuits.
• Experience with experiential education methodologies.
• Recognition for teaching effectiveness through student feedback and awards.
• Professional experience in psychology-related industries (e.g., counseling, HR, marketing).
• Adaptability to evolving academic trends and technologies.
• Fluency in English for effective global communication.
• Prior international teaching experience preferred.

• Minimum three years of relevant full-time experience for Vietnamese work permits.
