THE OPPORTUNITY

Seeking a dedicated Research Technician for the Institute of Immunology to support vital administrative functions and contribute to groundbreaking projects.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Laboratory Operations: Manage equipment, oversee lab setup, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintenance & Safety: Implement safety protocols and maintain lab instruments.
• Data Integrity: Collect, analyze, and validate research findings meticulously.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold strict biosafety and quality standards throughout all processes.
• Administrative Support: Handle documentation, track resources, and facilitate team coordination.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate across departments to align project goals with organizational objectives.
• Engage actively in institutional initiatives and outreach programs.
• Produce detailed reports and fulfill assigned responsibilities promptly.

SELECTION PRIORITIES

• Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience—or Master’s degree in related fields.
• Strong background in biological sciences, data analysis, and laboratory techniques.
• Exposure to cutting-edge research domains such as genomics and microbiology.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and ethical conduct.
• Adept at managing multiple priorities and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering consistent performance.

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY

Candidates must demonstrate advanced English proficiency, ideally IELTS Academic with a minimum score of 6.5.
