KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As HR Collaborator, you'll drive internal communications, cultivate company culture, and enhance employee experiences through innovative initiatives.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION

• Develop strategic communication campaigns reflecting VinUni's values
• Produce multimedia content for diverse audiences
• Manage multi-channel platforms including intranet and digital displays

EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT

• Organize engagement activities fostering workplace connection
• Analyze feedback to refine organizational practices
• Implement survey programs tracking key engagement metrics

CREATIVE EXECUTION

• Design visually compelling materials maintaining brand integrity
• Apply design software expertise to produce professional assets
• Generate innovative concepts improving communication impact

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or related field
• 1-2 years relevant experience in internal roles
• Proven visual storytelling capabilities
• Strong written and event planning skills
• Proficient in design tools and productivity software
• Service-oriented professional attitude
