THE OPPORTUNITY

We invite a dedicated professional to lead curriculum innovation for our Medical Doctor program. Reporting to the Program Director, this role shapes the future of medical education at VinUniversity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Curriculum Design & Assessment

  • Develop frameworks meeting global accreditation benchmarks
  • Stay current on medical education trends
  • Collaborate on learning objectives and assessment strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement through outcome evaluation
  • Manage comprehensive curriculum documentation
  • Support faculty development in pedagogy

Evaluation & Leadership

  • Design courses aligned with program goals
  • Refine teaching methodologies and materials
  • Promote student engagement and critical thinking
  • Maintain professional growth through ongoing education

Accreditation & Services

  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards
  • Lead program representation in accreditation processes
  • Prepare detailed compliance reports
  • Participate in interdisciplinary committees
  • Secure resources for educational development
  • Build strong partnerships with healthcare providers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MD or MBBS/MBChB preferred
  • Master’s degree in medical/health education advantageous
  • Proven experience in educational program leadership
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent academic communication abilities
  • Mentoring experience valued
  • Collaborative mindset essential
  • Minimum three years in university education leadership
  • Accreditation and ranking system familiarity beneficial
  • Strategic planning and fiscal management capabilities
  • Resilient problem-solver with collaborative spirit

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY

Fluency in English required for teaching and administration.
