Within the realm of reactive bimetallic systems like Ni-Al layered structures, achieving optimal thermo-kinetic outcomes hinges on the precise coordination of geometric arrangement and elemental makeup. This study develops comprehensive dynamic frameworks that capture the interplay between plastic flow and atomic migration during ball-milling of powdered precursors. By leveraging these insights, novel feedback-driven methodologies can be crafted to steer manufacturing parameters with precision. The investigation reveals how energy dissipation from deformation and interfacial friction influences material density and transport rates. Leveraging nuanced responses of density and diffusion to thermal input, the research introduces a dual-variable control paradigm capable of adjusting layer depth and penetration simultaneously. Real-time computational modeling, guided by infrared thermal readings, serves as an adaptive observer to refine operational settings. Experimental validation on a compact laboratory mill confirms the method's ability to consistently achieve targeted structural and compositional goals.
